At the moment it is not possible to integrate WhatsApp to Tawk.to. As stated in the Integrations page, it is not possible to integrate the live chat tool with direct messaging applications such as WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger.
On the company website, there is no information on any future plans to release the integration and it is therefore necessary to use alternatives to integrate WhatsApp within your customer support channels.
