Is it possible to manage support requests from WhatsApp on Slack? Is there a way to connect WhatsApp Business to my Slack account?
There is currently no official integration between Slack and WhatsApp. As you can read from the Slack Integrations page, it is not possible to add an integration that in a few clicks allows you to connect a WhatsApp account to your workspace on Slack.
The main reason why it is not possible to connect a WhatsApp account to Slack is access to the WhatsApp API is still restricted to a limited number of companies today and for this reason the demand for this type of integration is still not large enough to justify a possible integration between the two apps.
From the Slack website there is no information on any future plans on the integration: if you are looking for an integration between Slack and WhatsApp in order to be able to collaboratively manage chats from the messaging app with your team, it will therefore be need to resort to an alternative.

The need for many companies is in fact to be able to connect their WhatsApp Business account to a tool such as Slack in order to manage chats and contacts from WhatsApp together with their sales and support team.
Callbell is a support tool that allows you to centralize in a single solution all assistance requests coming from direct messaging applications such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct and Telegram and to ensure that these are managed collaboratively.
